1)How long does delivery take?

Who doesn’t love fast shipping…! However, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 14 working days.

2) Do you deliver to work address?

We sure do! Don’t forget to include your business name, details of location and opening and closing times in the notes section during the checkout process.

3)How do I know my order has been shipped?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email and a message to your mobile number.

4) Do I need to sign up to place and order?

Your Oyuka orders are valuable to you and to us, to keep a record of all past-orders, therefore in orde to place orders it is mandatory to create an account with Oyuka.

Exchange Policy

5) Can I get Exchanged?

Exchange is possible only due to an unavoidable circumstance.( Cost Rs. 1000/=)

Exchange is only applicable for the same dress (design). Change of mind for the design of the dress will not be applicable.

Exchanges are done strictly within 7 days after the delivery is completed.

6) I received a faulty item, what should I do?

As an Oyuka customer, you will not be received any faulty item since our utmost priority goes to the quality service.
